She Maroons Football Club register an empathetic win over Echoes WFC on match day one of the FUFA Women Elite League this afternoon at FUFA Technical Center Njeru, the goal scoring party started in 10th Minute when super striker Millicent Namwembe scored to put the Prisons Queens ahead on a 1-0 lead.

Three minutes later holding midfielder Kautharah Naluyima's long range thunder bolt shot doubled the matters for the hosts, Millicent proved dangerous immediately adding another goal in the 26th before Echoes getting a consolidation goal in the 31st minute at half time e
nding 3-1.

The second half was not different as Maroons kept on attacking unceasingly piling more pressure unto the opposition side. With only one minute into the game, Millicent made it 4-1 with a sweet right leg finish from close range becoming the hattrick hero of the day, Kautharah also added a brace to her name in the 55th minute to make it 5-1.

In the 78th minute, stylish attacker Winny Kyomugisha came as a substitute and registered herself on the score sheet with an amazing wonder world finish to complete the obliteration process of Echoes after a mouth watering performance reaching 6-1 at Full-Time.

She Maroons and Coach Sida's side proved too strong for the Echoes WFC throughout the game dominating the whole 90 minutes while dictating the play.

The win pushes the Prisons Side top of group D on 3 points, Wakiso Hills and Lango Queens on 1 point each and Echoes last on the table with no point.

She Maroons FC can complete the quarter finals qualification quest tomorrow as they face Wakiso Hills on match day two.
