The 10 million partnership announcement was made at the official signing ceremony held at the Housing Finance Bank headquarters in Kololo.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hillary Bisanga, Commissioner of Prisons (Logistics Management) who doubles as the Club Chairman said, "Housing Finance Bank accepted to partner with us in this footballing journey and for that we remain grateful".
